The 2024 ERC EARTH Kickoff Meeting and Celebration brought together over 150 faculty, students, staff, stakeholders, and dignitaries to celebrate the opening of the EARTH Engineering Research Center.  ERC EARTH Director Mark Shiflett, University of Kansas Chancellor Doug Girod, U.S. National Science Foundation Director Sethuraman Panchanathan, U.S. Senator Jerry Moran, and Kansas Department of Commerce Deputy Secretary of Business Development Joshua Jefferson (pictured left to right) provided the welcome and opening remarks.
