Work with the team to ensure controls, sensors, and software run right while configuring trends and alarms.Project Documentation: Maintain accurate construction records and communicate project status clearly to the team and customersTravel & Flexibility: Travel as needed and stay adaptable to changing schedules and project locations to keep field operations on track.Ready to Grow: Sharpen your skills through self-directed learning. We expect you to seek out system complexity and take on more responsibility as you advance. Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment. Preferred QualificationsBackground: Degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related field.Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of BAS integration and TCP/IP networking (including wireless).Communication: Ability to explain technical info to non-technical people and work well within a team.Software: Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.
