Jennifer Sprague

Jennifer Sprague serves as the Education and Outreach Director for the Environmentally Applied Refrigerant Technology Hub (EARTH).

In her role, Sprague provides leadership and direction for EARTH’s engineering workforce development and outreach efforts across partner institutions. Sprague collaborates with faculty, industry partners, and community stakeholders to design and implement innovative educational programs that inspire student engagement. Her work emphasizes inclusive recruitment, mentorship, and professional development pathways that connect education, research, and industry practice.

Sprague has a strong background in program coordination, technical education design and stakeholder collaboration, with extensive experience in higher education, outreach, and workforce development. Sprague is passionate about building sustainable academic-industry partnerships and fostering cultures of belonging, innovation, and impact within STEM education.
