Continuing Education and Workforce Upskilling

EARTH is expanding continuing education, technical certificate programs, and workforce upskilling opportunities to help the HVACR workforce stay current as technologies evolve.

Working with industry partners and continuing education providers, such as the KU Institute for Continuing Education and the University of Maryland Applied Graduate Engineering program, EARTH is developing training modules focused on next-generation refrigerant technologies and emerging HVACR systems.

Industry-Connected Training Resources

EARTH also partners with industry-led training centers and workforce partners across the EARTH Innovation Ecosystem to develop and share state-of-the-art online training materials and best-practice curriculum resources. These efforts help ensure technicians, engineers, and industry professionals have access to current, high-quality training aligned with workforce and technology needs.
